Pearson and Associates Solicitors were established in 2007 with a goal of providing businesses and individuals with no nonsense advice and representation.
Despite the firm being established in 2007, the Principal, Mr Stephen Pearson, has had extensive experience in most areas of law due to being in practice in Queensland as a partner, or as an employed Solicitor since 1999. Stephen practiced for some years in New South Wales prior to arriving in Queensland and he continues to hold admission in New South Wales, as well as the High Court of Australia.
Pearson and Associates Solicitors has developed a reputation for its ability to handle family and defacto matters, as well as large scale commercial and civil litigation matters as if it were one of the national firms.
However, Pearson and Associates Solicitors has not lost sight of the fact that small business and individuals also require and deserve the same high level, attention to detail and cost affective service as its larger corporate clients. We take each matter on its merits, not on the potential return to us.
